Nitin Verma is the founder and Principal at Xestu Capital.

Nitin has 20+ years of experience in successfully delivering complex multi-million dollar projects in the engineering & clean energy and environmental infrastructure industries. He is also the co-founder of a leading verticle B2B SaaS CRM and Workflow Automation solution for sales teams in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to starting Xestu, Nitin has worked with a variety of both small and large businesses ranging from enterprises such as The World Bank Group and Infrastructure, Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) to niche engineering and advisory businesses such as Carollo Engineers, SustainAsia, and Spans Envirotech. 

Nitin has an MBA from INSEAD, an MS from Virginia Tech, and B.Tech from Delhi College of Engineering.

He has extensive experience working on Canadian private equity fund transactions, and also regularly advises business owners on selling their companies. He has worked with a variety of industries and represented some of the top food, retail, service, technology, and manufacturing companies in Canada, including a leading provider of office and workplace solutions. Additionally, he assists technology companies in their acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and growth capital transactions.

Piyush is the President of Nova Vida GP Inc and CEO of Ti Foods. He has 14+ years of experience managing and building multi-million dollar businesses, including 8 years as a Director at Samsung Electronics where he managed the TV business and led the e-commerce operation for the consumer electronics division. He has expertise in B2B & e-commerce industries, sales, marketing, and P&L leadership. Piyush is an INSEAD MBA and has lived in 5 countries. He aims to use his skills to build a successful company in Canada.

Anuj is a Partner in KPMG’s Toronto office, member of KPMG Canada's Board of Directors and serves as the National Industry Leader of KPMG’s Canadian Technology, Media and Telecommunications (“TMT”) Practice.

In his leadership role, Anuj has responsibility for the firm’s client and market initiatives, which include active involvement with emerging, pre-IPO technology companies as well as public companies. Anuj also leads the firm’s relationships with many of the premier venture capital and private equity firms actively invested in the TMT sector in Canada and acts as the primary liaison with our Silicon Valley, New York Offices to bring the best of our global expertise to the Canadian client base.
